It seems to me that he should have opened up to you about being an ex-jdub sooner than he did. That in of itself should give you pause.
i have been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now.
when i met him i had no idea that he was a jehovah witness.
we took a vacation and he lied to his parents about who he was with, and they ended up finding out not only that he way lying, but who i was.

march 22, 2017 to all convention committees re: discontinuation of physical distribution of convention releases.
You still have to donate though.
most jws i know claim they are happy being in the great crowd.
they'd rather live on a paradise earth and pet lions than go to heaven.. heaven is a place they can't relate to, a place where they don't expect their friends and loved ones to be.. so why are more and more jws claiming to be of the anointed?.
aren't they looked down upon as if they are crazy, proud, ignorant, or engaging in apostate thinking?.
Not
that it matters, but the only anointed making the decisions are 7 or 8 guys in Brooklyn
Warwick.
there was a recent thread on another site where posters maintained that many of the *most* long-standing jw's don't believe at least one official watchtower doctrine.
i've even read reports from bethelites saying they've heard bethel overseers say they don't believe some watchtower theology.
this made me think - i believe there are a few official doctrines that are common for many jw's to be either in denial about or simply not really believe ( often one and the same thing).. i'd say these are pretty high in the ranking:.
You can have a beard, but you can't.
officer james givens has served with the cincinnati police department for over 26 years, but has never quite experienced anything like this before.
he was sitting in his patrol car in a parking lot when he got an unexpected visitor.
a goose came up to his car and started pecking on the side of it.
That's a pretty neat story.
loyalty—part of the new personality (s-341a-18-e 5/17).
note to the circuit overseer:.
use this outline for the tuesday service talk from september 2017 through february 2018. you will need to prepare your own 30-minute service talk for use after the watchtower study.
Loyalty or else!!

my dad died of a blood clot as a result of surgery late last year.
to say that his death created a bottomless void in our family is an understatement.
i think about him every day, sometimes constantly.
Once again, I just want to thank everyone for their suggestions, comments, well wishes and support. It seems like I have been feeling better about all of this lately and I have all of you to thank!

I have been feeling a little bit down and lonely lately. But I actually feel a
little better after starting this thread and discussing my feelings. I really
do not have many people to talk to directly, not even my wife. So I appreciate
this!
